JOHN PRIDDY, CEO & CO-FOUNDER, WINDRIDER INSTITUTE

A successful entrepreneur and Peabody award winning film producer, John is a leader in the creation and expansion of entrepreneurial companies and development of private and non-profit enterprises. John has produced numerous web series, short form content and along with his brother Ed, is an executive producer of multiple award winning feature documentaries.  He is a co-founder of the Windrider Institute, a non-profit established in 2004 as a vehicle to promote the presentation and exploration of the human narrative through film and interactive media. Founded on the belief that stories are truly the “storehouses” of culture and that visual media, our culture’s principal form of storytelling, is the most critical, value-defining medium of our age, Windrider Forums are renowned for their ability to utilize the medium of film to create conversations around the most important topics of our time.

John lives in Boise, Idaho with Terri, his wife of 38 years, and the couple has four grown children. John has a Masters of Arts in Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary where he was awarded the Brehm Center Distinguished Alumni Award in 2012 and has a B.S in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

MICHAEL PRIDDY, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Alongside the Windrider Productions team, Michael has lead the completion of over 200 short films for various clients as a producer and director since 2015. Michael is passionate about working closely with clients in discovering their story and collaborating with production crews to bring those stories to life on screen.

JONATHAN CIPITI, CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Jon Cipiti is a documentary director who believes story has the power to change the world. Having worked with Windrider for the past 7 years in addition to working on several feature and short form documentaries, including “The Dating Project,” and “Abstraction: The Dianne Collard Story.” Jon has traveled around the world sharing the stories of others.

MARINA PLOTT, SENIOR PRODUCER & EDITOR

Marina has been in the film industry since 2013 as a producer and editor. Getting her start in the commercial world she brings the organization and professionalism of a high budget shoot to the world of nonprofit and documentary filmmaking. Her goal is to combine the art of film with the unique rawness of an individuals story.

STEPHEN CASERTA, CINEMATOGRAPHER & EDITOR

He is always striving to reach out of his comfort zone to grow and develop as a filmmaker and storyteller. Stephen is an extremely passionate and dedicated filmmaker with a love for cinematography. His goal is to tell stories that transform peoples lives in a powerful way.

BETHANY KOZACHUK, VISION & CALL INTERN

Bethany has worked in Media for three years, beginning her career at a local television station. Now, she has migrated to the world of Film where she brings her experience in live entertainment and passion for storytelling. Bethany's objective on every project is to not only improve herself as a storyteller, but also help people hone their creative voices.

JOHN LOUIS CAIELLA, EDITOR

Having studied Electronic Media Communications in his hometown of Syracuse NY, John exercises his abilities not only in the edit bay, but also in the field working with sound design. His favorite Windrider projects to date have been the short documentary “Abstraction: The Dianne Collard Story” and the video series “Grace Changes Everything” for Trueface, both for their demonstrations of humanity and God’s hand at work in the world. John loves being a part of Windrider for the collaborative atmosphere and the team’s dedication to world class filmmaking.

NEELY SHETLER, VISION & CALL INTERN

Neely is a recent graduate of Northwest Nazarene University. She has had a passion for film from a very young age and continues to strive to learn more in order to become a better storyteller. Her hope is to use the influential power of film to bring a voice to those who may not have one.
